About This Case
This lawsuit seeks injunctive relief to:

Reform the New York State judiciary's handling of harassment and discrimination complaints;

Reform the judiciary's hiring practices; and
-
Revise and enforce the judiciary's sexual harassment policy.
The lawsuit also seeks personal liability for individual defendants in order to appropriately deter harassment, discrimination and retaliation by the same officials who are in the best position to prevent it.
